Not a Dating App. Cruise Connect Social is designed for friendship and group socializing ONLY. This app is NOT a dating service and romantic connections are strictly prohibited. Users who use the app for dating purposes will be immediately banned.
1. Who We Are. Cruise Connect Social serves teens aged 13â17 on cruise ships and is developed and operated by Luca Massucci. Contact: cruiseconnectsocial@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect. We collect: display name, date of birth (required); email address for authentication; optional profile photo; optional bio; group chat messages; follow/block relationships; selected cruise; and device notification tokens.
3. How We Use Your Information. Data supports age eligibility verification, profile display, message delivery, notifications, Community Guidelines enforcement, and report investigation.
4. Information Sharing. No selling or sharing for marketing. Your profile is visible to verified cruise members. Firebase (Google) is used for storage and authentication.
5. Data Retention. Data is kept while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA). We comply with COPPA. No users under 13 are allowed. Accounts found to be under 13 are immediately deleted. Parents may request data review via email.
7. Your Rights. You can access, correct, or delete your data, and opt out of notifications via device Settings.
8. Security. We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules. No transmission method is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy. Material changes are communicated via in-app alert.

Dating and Romantic Connections. Cruise Connect Social is designed for friendship and group socializing ONLY.
Age and Access. Users must be 13-17 years old. Use by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited, and accounts outside the specified age range face permanent removal.
Prohibited Behaviors. Users cannot harass, bully, threaten, post explicit/violent content, share personal contact info, impersonate others, or engage in hate speech.
Content Moderation. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be immediately removed from the platform without warning.
Reporting. Users can report violations via an in-app button or email cruiseconnectsocial@gmail.com. The moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
Account Management. Users may block unwanted contacts, which automatically alerts the moderation team for investigation. Each person maintains one account with accurate information.
Liability Disclaimer. The app is provided "as is" without guarantees. The developer accepts no responsibility for user-generated content or in-person meetings arranged through the platform.
Ownership & Rights. Š 2026 Luca Massucci. All rights reserved. Users retain ownership of their content (photos, messages, profile info) while granting the app operator a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for service delivery.
App Protection. The application itself â including source code, design, UI, and branding â is copyright-protected. Reproduction or distribution requires written permission from Luca Massucci.
User Content Handling. Your content will never be sold to third parties. Upon account deletion, content removal occurs within seven days per our privacy policy.
Infringement Process. Reports should go to cruiseconnectsocial@gmail.com with contact details, work description, content location, and a good-faith statement. We investigate legitimate claims and take action accordingly.
