Information We Collect: Email address (for account creation and communication); display name and avatar you choose to set; cruise information you enter (ship names, sail dates, departure ports, cabin numbers); packing list data and checked items; Cabin Hub details (dining times, muster station, onboard credits); duck tracking logs; travel group data and join codes; activities checklist data; support tickets and bug reports you submit; app usage and analytics data via Firebase Analytics; and crash and performance data.
How We Use Your Information: To provide and improve Sailday features; to sync your data across devices via Firebase; to send Wade notifications and cruise countdown reminders; to respond to support requests and bug reports; to analyze app usage and improve user experience; and to manage travel groups and shared cruise planning.
Data Storage: All data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Your data is private and only visible to you unless you choose to share a travel group — travel group data is visible to members you approve. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab.
Third Party Services: Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage; Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage analytics; Apple for Sign in with Apple authentication.
Your Rights: Access your personal data; request data deletion by deleting your account in the app or emailing us; opt out of Wade notifications at any time in the Profile tab; export your data upon request.

Acceptance of Terms: By downloading or using Sailday, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Sailday. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and have a valid Apple ID to download the app.
User Responsibilities: Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them. Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the app or infrastructure. Be respectful when contacting support staff. Use travel groups responsibly and only invite people you know.
Prohibited Activities: Sharing false or misleading information; attempting to access other users' data; using the app for any illegal purposes; harassing other users or support staff; creating fake accounts or impersonating others; using automated tools or scripts to interact with the app; attempting to bypass or exploit security features.
Travel Groups: You are responsible for who you invite to your travel group. Group owners are responsible for managing their group members. Do not share your join code publicly with people you do not intend to invite. Sailday is not responsible for any disputes between travel group members.
Intellectual Property: Sailday, Wade the duck mascot, and all app content are owned by Luca Massucci. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any app content without permission. Your user generated content such as cruise names and packing lists remains yours — by using the app you grant Sailday a limited license to store and display your content.
Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Upon deletion all your data will be permanently removed from servers.
Disclaimer: Sailday is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for lost data, missed cruises, or any damages from app malfunction. Always keep backup copies of important travel information. Sailday is a planning companion tool and should not be your only source of cruise information.
Changes to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sailday after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
