Delete Your Sailday Account

📱 Delete from within the app

1. Open Sailday and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.

✉️ No longer have the app installed?

Email cruiseconnectsocial@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Sailday account and request account deletion. We'll confirm once it's done, typically within a few business days.

🗑️ What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your account and sign-in credentials; display name and avatar; cruise countdowns, sail dates, and departure ports; packing lists and checked items; Cabin Hub details (dining times, muster station, onboard credits); duck tracking logs; activities checklist data; Wade personality settings; and your membership in any travel groups.

If you're the owner of a travel group, deleting your account also deletes that group for every member, including any shared notes and shared packing lists in it.

Support tickets and bug reports you've submitted are retained for our internal records and are not tied back to a deleted account.

⏱️ Retention period

Account and app data are deleted immediately upon confirming deletion in the app, or within a few business days of an email request. We do not keep a recoverable backup of deleted account data — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
